Member of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly took part in an International Conference on the Development of Relations with Compatriots

Anastasia Pavlova, a member of the General Council, Chairman of the Council for Eurasian Tourism Security of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, took part in the Sixth International Conference dedicated to the development of relations with compatriots living abroad.

The conference was held on November 17 and 18 in Khanty-Mansiysk (Yugra, Russia). The conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Rossotrudnichestvo, regions and territories of the country, as well as employees of the authorities of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (KhMAO), including the governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Natalya Komarova.

Sergei Shurygin, Deputy Executive Director of the Russkiy Mir Foundation, made a welcome speech via video link. He spoke about the foundation’s activities.

The conference participants shared their experience with compatriots living  abroad.
