РусскийMembership in the Assembly is voluntary. Members of the Assembly retain legal, organizational and financial independence.
Members of the Assembly have equal rights and bear equal obligations in accordance with the Statute, internal documents of the Assembly and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, international law.

In accordance with clause 3.9.1 of the Statute, a member of the Assembly is obliged to pay entrance, membership and other property fees timely in the amount and in the procedure established by the General Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.
The entrance fee is paid by the applicant for membership in the Assembly.
The one-time entrance fee is set to be equivalent to the amount of:
- for individuals - at least 1,100 rubles;
- for legal entities (non-profit organizations) - at least 10,000 rubles;
- for legal entities (commercial organizations of small and medium-sized businesses)
at least 30,000 rubles;
- for legal entities (commercial organizations) - at least 100,000 rubles;
Payment of the fee is possible in Euros or US dollars, at the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day the fee is paid.
The Annual Membership Fee is paid separately from the entry fee.
The annual membership fee for each calendar year is paid no later than November 30 of the year the fee is paid for.
The annual membership fee is set at the equivalent of:
- for individuals - at least 1,100 rubles;
- for legal entities (non-profit organizations) - at least 10,000 rubles;
- for legal entities (commercial organizations of small and medium-sized businesses)
at least 30,000 rubles;
- for legal entities (commercial organizations) - at least 100,000 rubles

Payment of the entrance and annual membership fee by individuals is made from the Personal Cabinet. Entrance fee - when joining the Assembly, membership fee - no later than November 30 of the year the fee is paid for.
