On March 20, 2023, the official opening of the Days of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in India took place. It coincided with the celebration of the International Day of Happiness, proclaimed by the UN.
The participants of the International Forum “There is Happiness!”, timed to coincide with this holiday and the opening of the Days of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in India, were greeted by the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Andrey Belyaninov. In his speech, he noted that the desire for happiness is inherent in every person. Everyone wants to live in harmony with the outside world, to be confident in the future. Happiness should not only be dreamed of; the happiness of people should be affirmed by good deeds and creative projects. For this purpose, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly was created.
Honorary guests of the Forum shared their vision of happiness: member of the Supreme Advisory Council of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Dalbir Singh; President of the Confederation of Young Leaders of India, Vice President of BRICS CCI Sameep Shastri; ex-Ambassador of Bangladesh to Russia, Senior Advisor of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry Saiful Hock; Yulia Aryaeva, First Secretary, Head of the Humanitarian Cooperation Group of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India; member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation Ivan Abazher; President of the organization "Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan" Banu Nurgazieva; President of the Czech Central Asian Chamber of Commerce, member of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Jiri Nestaval.
The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is a big family of Eurasia. Members of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly are representatives of non-governmental organizations from more than 45 countries. In a solemn atmosphere as part of the International Happiness Forum, Secretary General Andrey Belyaninov presented certificates to new members from different countries.
The composer from Kazakhstan, Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Tolegen Mukhamedzhanov congratulated the forum participants with the music of happiness in a video greeting.
A bright and colorful part of the forum was the presentation of the Department of Happiness of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, which is implementing a large multifaceted project “There is happiness!”.
The Head of the Department of Happiness of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Marina Volkova presented thematic projects on the topic of happiness, and each forum participant received “Letters of Happiness” postcards with drawings by children of participants in the International Exhibition “The World Draws Happiness” as a gift.
This exhibition, which brought together drawings by children from different countries, was organized as part of the forum.
The greatest happiness is to be together with the peoples of all countries.
The greatest happiness is the joy of children and the health of parents.
The greatest happiness is our life itself!
The "Song of Peace" of the international project of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly at the end of the meeting united all participants in one big and joyful Circle of Friendship.
