On December 12, TASS hosted a press conference dedicated to the outcomes of the 17th International Film Festival "WON TOGETHER".

In 2022, the International Film Festival "WON TOGETHER" was held in Volgograd. It was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the start of the Battle of Stalingrad.

Documentary films from 35 countries of the world took part in the film festival; the directors of six of them presented their films in person, having arrived in Volgograd.

This year the festival has chosen an experimental format for holding competitive screenings at universities. Out-of-competition programs were held at the city venues of Volgograd.

The Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the International Film Festival "WON TOGETHER" - Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrey Belyaninov said that next year the festival will be held in the same format. The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly intends to integrate documentary films into work with youth.

Volgograd State University, a partner of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, will become a permanent venue for the “WON TOGETHER” film festival, stated Vice-Rector of the University Dmitry Ilyin at a press conference in TASS.
