The Secretary General met with the Delegation of the Republic of Djibouti

On August 17, 2022, Secretary General Andrei Belyaninov received a delegation of the Republic of Djibouti at the headquarters of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in Moscow. The delegation included:

• Harbi Said Moussa, Temporary Checked in the Affairs of the Republic of Djibouti in the Russian Federation;
• Daher Aden Abrar, Military Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti in the Russian Federation;
• Mohamed Jima Duale, Commander of the Republican Guard;
• Mustafa Ali Handule, Adviser to the President on Defense Affairs;
• Asma Abdurahman Ali, Captain of the Republican Guard of Djibouti;
• Mustafa Ali Handule, Assistant Advisor to the President of the Republic of Djibouti.

The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere. In the format of an open dialogue, there were issues of implementing projects in the field of tourism and hospitality, as well as joint youth initiatives discussed.

The parties discussed the development of economic, humanitarian and international educational cooperation between the Republic of Djibouti and the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and expressed mutual interest in opening a regional representative office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Republic of Djibouti.
