Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Andrey BELYANINOV accepts congratulations from partners, friends and members of the International Union of Non-governmental Organizations.

In particular, Russian Ambassador to Italy Sergey RAZOV wished him good health and inexhaustible energy.
