Russia-China: The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Heilongjiang International University

As part of the International Industrial Exhibition INNOPROM-2023, which was held in Yekaterinburg on July 10 - 13, there took place a signing ceremony of an agreement on strategic partnership between the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio and Heilongjiang International University.

The agreement was signed by the Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, President of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio Valery Ruzin and Rector of Heilongjiang International University Zhang Jiong.

The purpose of the agreement is to develop cooperation in the field of education, science, culture, sports and tourism between Russia and China, as well as to promote Eurasian integration and dialogue of civilizations. The parties intend to implement joint projects, exchange experience and expertise, hold conferences, seminars, forums, exhibitions, competitions and other events aimed at strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of Eurasia.

In particular, it is planned to create a single information space of Eurasia using modern television and radio technologies, as well as the development and implementation of educational programs in Eurasian studies, cultural studies, journalism and other disciplines. In addition, the parties expressed interest in the development of academic mobility of students and teachers, as well as in participation in international sports competitions and cultural festivals.

The parties that signed the agreement noted the high potential for cooperation in the Eurasian space and expressed their hope for further expansion of partnerships.

INNOPROM-2023 is an international industrial exhibition, which is held in Yekaterinburg with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. This is the largest platform in Russia that brings together manufacturers from all over the world, as well as representatives of government, business, science and the public. The main topic of INNOPROM-2023 is “Sustainable Production: Renewal Strategies”. The exhibition demonstrated the latest achievements and trends in various industries such as metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy, chemistry, robotics, logistics and others.
