The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and the Digital Transformation Laboratory signed an Agreement on the use of the Data Acquisition Subsystem Functionality

On December 24, the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization for the Promotion of the Development of the Digital Economy "Laboratory of Digital Transformation", established by the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly" signed an agreement on the use of the functionality of the Data Acquisition Subsystem (DAS) of the state information system "Typical cloud solution for automation control (supervisory) activity” to ensure the coordination of interaction between the business community, scientific and educational organizations, other companies and government bodies in the implementation of projects in the sphere of artificial intelligence.

The key objectives of using the DSA functionality by ANO "Laboratory of Digital Transformation" are:

  • organization of the exchange of reliable data at the regional and interregional levels to create models of operational management and forecasting in pursuance of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2021 No. 2998-r, Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of February 4, 2021 No. 68 and November 8, 2021, ​​No. 633;
  • formation of a pool of data and data sets provided by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and commercial companies, available for use by external services;
  • creation of a unified mechanism for collecting, consolidating and accessing these data by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Recall that in the fall of 2021, ANO "Laboratory of Digital Transformation" signed agreements with the governments of several constituent entities of the Russian Federation on the creation of joint centers for the development of projects using artificial intelligence. These centers are aimed at the development of interregional cooperation and the formation of a unified base of competencies of the regions in terms of public administration, ecology, economy and the social sphere.
