Meeting with Representatives of the Association of Trade Unions of Engineers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

On September 20, 2022, an official meeting of the delegation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly with the leadership of the Association of Trade Unions of Engineers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan took place at the central office of the Jordanian Trade Union Associations.

Secretary General Andrei Belyaninov greeted the head and members of the Association and thanked for the warm welcome. He noted that, being involved in the Eurasian processes of formation of sustainable egalitarian and inclusive development of the continent and based on the request of the partners of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in the countries of the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, the EAEU with the assistance of state and non-state structures of these countries, the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly supported the formation Eurasian trade union movement.

Andrey Belyaninov also stressed that by joint efforts it is possible to overcome the common problems of labor markets, to promote the development of national and continental professional capital.

Representatives of trade unions stated that, realizing the growing role of integration processes, the parties can use the unique potential of international partnership and exchange the experience of organizations.

The parties expressed their intention to further develop mutually beneficial fruitful cooperation on a long-term basis.
