March 4 - World Engineering Day

On March 4, the world celebrates Engineering Day. This is a very young professional holiday. UNESCO adopted the resolution on its proclamation in November 2019.

In September 2019, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly together with the Association “Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation” held a conference “Engineer of the 21st Century”. The participants of the conference noted that the main merit in creating a technical civilization on Earth belongs to the engineers: it was they who collected and systematized the knowledge accumulated by mankind, and created new technologies, structures and machines on their basis.

Today, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly unites citizens and organizations of more than 40 countries of the world. Many members of the Assembly   represent the technical sphere, culture, economy and others.
