Krasnoyarsk hosted the 16th Biryusa Youth Forum

July 11 - 17, 2022, the Biryusa All-Russian Youth Educational Forum was held in Krasnoyarsk (Russia).

Marina Minina, Vice-President of the Arctic Public Academy of Sciences, Associate Professor of the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Chairman of the Arctic Council, spoke at the forum on behalf of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.

The presentation took place as part of the panel discussion "Women in Science" and was held together with the partner of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, the International Movement "Women in the Nuclear Industry".

The Biryusa territory of initiative youth is a unique educational forum that annually unites young people from all over Russia. Creative, talented, purposeful young people, together with leading experts and coaches, develop truly important social, scientific, creative and sports projects.

Since 2007, the Forum has been organized by the Regional Autonomous Institution "Center for Youth Initiatives".

In 2022, the forum was held for the 16th time. During this period the "Biryusa":

  • gathered 53 thousand active guys and 6400 speakers together;
  • held 45 sessions of regional and federal significance;
  • presented 11,500 hours of lectures and master classes to young people.
