On November 15, 2023, a National Spiritual Meal was held in Moscow with the support of all Christian denominations of Russia. The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly was represented by Yuri Palamarchuk, Deputy Secretary General, Head of the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Leningrad Region, President of the Council for Interethnic Cooperation and Irina Polyakova, Head of the Department for Spiritual Culture.

The National Spiritual Meal is a spiritual and moral event of a national scale, demonstrating the unity of people of faith, honor and duty, and incorporating the best forms of conservatism. The National Spiritual Meal Foundation has been cooperating for many years with national prayer breakfasts around the world, which have become spiritual and moral events of national scale in their countries.

The event was attended by Russian and foreign political, social, cultural, religious figures, diplomats, businessmen and representatives of various branches of government. Among the guests were also partners of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Mussallam Sheaito, President of the Russian-Arab Cultural Center, and Ivan Laptev, bishop of the Ingria Lutheran Church.

The Meal participants discussed issues of spiritual peacemaking and public diplomacy, creation as service, mission through art and education and other topics.

Head of the Department of Spiritual Culture of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, Irina Polyakova, noted: “It is important that the understanding of the power of spiritual culture is increasingly confirmed both among religious institutions and society as a whole. The Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia, from the first days of its existence, has been advocating the unity of people of different cultures and faiths for the sake of stability and development of the entire world community".
