Dmitry Nikolayevich Kozak, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation greeted the participants and the leadership of the Assembly on the occasion of the General Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly:
“Over the years of its existence, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly has established itself as a popular platform for communication between colleagues and like-minded people, a meaningful dialogue between the public and authorities.
Nowadays, public diplomacy, its conductors are international non-profit organizations, plays a key role in ensuring trust and mutual understanding between States and peoples, in finding ways to jointly overcome the current global crisis, counter new challenges and threats, including such as the coronavirus infection COVID- 19 and its economic consequences.
I am confident that the decisions made today will contribute to the activation of multi-level integration processes, the development of intercultural and interreligious dialogue, as well as the strengthening of traditionally established friendly ties between the peoples of Eurasia."
