On July 28, 2022, the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Leningrad Region (Russia) launched another international project.
The first expert discussion program "Brothers" was filmed in the St. Petersburg Peace and Harmony Council. The author and presenter of the cycle of programs is Yuri Palamarchuk, Head of the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Leningrad Region (Russia).
The platform for the implementation of the project is not accidental: the former name of the St. Petersburg Peace and Harmony Council is the Leningrad Regional Peace Committee. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin was a member of the Presidium of the Committee.
The main objective of the project is to attract experts to develop new forms and methods of twinning cooperation.
Sergei Lisovsky, editor-in-chief of the Society and Ecology newspaper, chairman of the Donbas community, and Tatyana Lavrenko, artist of the St. Petersburg Musical Theater Yuri Martyanova, a native of Mariupol, took part in the opening discussion.
A start has been made, many interesting and very useful meetings are ahead.
