The delegation of the Assembly of peoples of Eurasia will participate in the upcoming November 12-14 IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum (SPbICF 2020) and hold a panel discussion with a pool of international experts from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, France, Gambia, Great Britain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Liechtenstein, Russia, Spain, Ukraine and other countries. The topic of the discussion is “Cultural and Spiritual Foundations of International Public Relations”.

What can unite the world community today, in the face of constantly emerging global threats? What is the role of culture in shaping a secure international agenda? How are the culture of relationships and the future of civilization interconnected? These and other issues are planned to be discussed at the “Cultural and Spiritual Foundations of International Public Relations” Platform initiated by the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly.

The prospects for the world’s future can no longer be decided by individual civil and legal institutions. They require the involvement of cultural, scientific, and artistic figures, as well as broad sections of the world community who are not indifferent to the spiritual and moral state of society. The formation of a sustainable, proactive, cultural community is a planetary necessity and the key to further development of mankind. Culture as a spiritual heritage guarantees the sustainable development of civilization. It is a life basis for all peoples and nations, and the key to the stability of international relations. Positive living conditions are a consequence of the spiritual culture of society. The community of peoples based on culture can become a new evolutionary form of self-organization of the world community.

The Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly has been participating in the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum every year since 2017. Discussion platforms are dedicated to issues of cross-cultural interaction between the peoples of Greater Eurasia. Current topics attract a wide range of international partners and attract the attention of cultural and artistic figures, representatives of public organizations, and well-known experts from Europe, Asia, America, and Africa.
