Representative offices of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, Moscow State Linguistic University, together with representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Rossotrudnichestvo and the Institute of CIS countries, held a working meeting to discuss the implementation of international youth projects.
Presentations were made by: the Head of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly of the Leningrad Region Yuri Palamarchuk, Rector of MSLU Irina Kraeva, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Natalia Poklonskaya, Deputy Head of the General Secretariat of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly Marina Plyasunova, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Tourism and Tourism Infrastructure of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Tatyana Lobach, presenter researcher of the Institute of CIS countries Tatyana Linnik, heads of the Representative Offices of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.
In her speech, Natalya Poklonskaya emphasized that it is important for the peoples of Eurasia to remain in spiritual unity:
“Only together can countries or continents build a safe and happy future. It is necessary that this thought touches the strings of the soul of each side.”
The representative of Rossotrudnichestvo emphasized that she was ready to support the initiatives and proposals of non-governmental organizations and the university aimed at harmonizing international and interethnic relations.
The participants of the meeting highly appreciated the following projects: "Streets of Our Heroes" (the project was implemented by the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Republic of Bashkortostan with the support of the radio station "Radio Russia"); “On the Way of Az Buki” and the fairy tale “About the Ural Frost” (illustrations and translation into the languages of the countries of Eurasia, the project is being implemented by the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly in the Sverdlovsk Region); International Memorial Forum within the international patriotic action "Road of Life - Road of Military Glory", implemented by the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Leningrad Region; "Eurasian School" (the project is being implemented by the Representative Office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the city of Sevastopol).
