On November 16, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations “Eurasian Peoples' Assembly” and the Private Institution - the Library of Information and Educational Resources “Umney.ru” signed a cooperation agreement at the headquarters of the Eurasian Peoples 'Assembly in Moscow.
The agreement was signed by the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrei Belyaninov and the President of the Library of Information and Educational Resources "Umney.ru" Mikhail Karpenko.
The organizations plan to interact in order to strengthen international relations aimed at supporting public, educational, peacekeeping initiatives, events to preserve peace between peoples; promoting the spiritual and moral education of youth; promoting multilateral relations in all spheres of public life; implementation of socially significant programs and projects in the field of international cooperation.
