Elmira Shcherbakova awarded the Title of Honoured Worker of Culture of Russia

General Council Member, Chairman of the Council for International Cultural Cooperation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, President of the “Peace and Cooperation” Charitable Foundation Elmira Shcherbakova was awarded the title of Honoured Cultural Worker of Russia.

Andrei Belyaninov, Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, congratulated her on this event. The congratulation, in particular, says:

- I am glad that your merits are highly appreciated by the state. Your project “Theatrical Russia” is truly unique. A simple and therefore brilliant idea - to acquaint the regions of the country with the best theatrical performances of Moscow and St. Petersburg - has resulted in a real theatrical social movement. Not only did you brilliantly realize your goal, you went further and created a single theatrical space in Russia. And in the near future - the creation of a single theatrical space of Eurasia, I mean our joint project “Theatrical Eurasia”.
