EADaily: Pivot towards Asia: Russia prepares the Concept of "Greater Eurasian Partnership"

Russia continues to form the national concept of the Greater Eurasian Partnership, which was initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced today, February 11, by Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Kirill Barsky at the General Council meeting of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

“Now Russia, developing its national concept of the Greater Eurasian Partnership, certainly considers the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly as a regional integrator of projects, plans, strategies, and cooperation, primarily in the humanitarian field,” - said Barsky.
