The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly regrets the huge loss. On October 31, Bernard Loze, a member of the Supreme Advisory Council of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, a holder of the Order of Friendship of the Russian Federation, Vice-President of the Franco-Russian Dialogue Association (France), passed away.

With golden lines, Bernard Loze is forever inscribed in the history of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly. Since the first days of the establishment of the Assembly, he, being the Co-Chairman of the General Council of the Assembly since 2017 to 2021, believing in the new organization, actively contributed to its development.

At the First Congress of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, Bernard Loze was awarded the Eurasian Public Recognition Award the "Envoy of Amity”. At the 2021 General Assembly, Bernard Loze was awarded the Medal of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly "For Contribution to Peace".

A faithful companion and great friend will forever remain in our memory. His wisdom, love of life, responsiveness, breadth of nature and spiritual generosity will continue to inspire us to do good things in the name of strengthening the community of peoples of different countries.

We express our sincere condolences to everyone who knew Bernard Loze, were really friends with him and just knew this Great Man.

We grieve together with the family and friends, sharing this pain of irreparable loss.
