On December 16, the Republic of Kazakhstan celebrates Independence Day. The Secretary General of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" Andrey Belianinov sent greetings to the President of the State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
