At the opening of the International Conference "Yalta 1945: Lessons of History" dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Crimean (Yalta) Conference of 1945, Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrei Belyaninov gave an interview to Crimea 24 television channel.
“In the Asia-Pacific Theater of war, huge battles took place. Moreover, it was not very popular to talk about 30 million Chinese who died during World War II, about several hundred thousand Indians, dead New Zealanders, Australians. Thus, we lost serious allies in our argument, and Russia, in fact, was left alone with the mass rampant propaganda of an attempt to revise the results of World War II”, - Andrei Belyaninov believes.
