• Creating an effective scientific and educational environment based on a networked open interdisciplinary interaction between scientific organizations and higher educational institutions of Greater Eurasia.
• Expansion of multilateral educational, scientific and technical cooperation between universities and research centres of Greater Eurasia.
• Formation of a socio-cultural environment in higher education institutions based on the preservation of cultural diversity and civilizational values formed by peoples.
• Involvement of young people in innovative processes.
