On November 26, 2021 the EYA Lecture Hall will be devoted to the youth self-realization in creativity and art.
The speaker is Ksenia Konovalova, head of the Novikov Artists Creative Heritage Foundation, the author of the patriotic documentary “Pedigree”, the granddaughter and daughter of the Novikovs, a dynasty of Soviet artists. Since 2017, Ksenia has implemented more than 30 socially significant projects in the sphere of culture: exhibitions, painting master classes, various competitions for young people.
The second speaker is Maria Odintsova. She has evolved from a marketer to a successful artist. Since 2020, Maria has been a member of the Eurasian Art Union. Her works in oils, watercolors, pastels, frescoes, appliqués are in private collections, at the Academy of Arts in Krakow and in the archives of the Museum of Kizhi Island. Maria will talk about the peculiarities of the creative path of a young artist in Russia, the way to find own style in art for a novice creator, as well as how to take part in international projects. And by her example, she will prove that even someone who, it would seem, is not at all connected with art can become an artist.
The event will take place at the address: Russia, Moscow, Maly Konyushkovsky pereulok, 2 (metro station "Barrikadnaya" / "Krasnopresnenskaya"),
Starting at 5:00 p.m. (Moscow time).
The lecture will be broadcast on the official YouTube channel of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.
