Kira Kovnat, Head of the Department of the General Secretariat of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly for international cooperation, noted that today students from the countries of Eurasia can study in the MBA program in Russian at the Guglielmo Marconi University, located in Rome. The agreement on cooperation between the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the Association “LA RICERCA SENZA FRONTIERE” allows students of the Eurasian space to enter an educational institution with a discount on tuition. The diploma of the Guglielmo Marconi University, one of the best universities in Europe, is recognized both in the countries of Eurasia and in the United States.
“The University is the largest technology platform in Italy. We work with a number of universities and plan to organize a meeting of young specialists in various fields with potential employers and representatives of major companies interested in finding young talents on the site of the educational institution in 2021. We invite all participants of our meeting today to join the project,” - said Kira Kovnat.
Over time, trends in education inevitably change. Increasingly, you can hear the opinion that it was 2020 that marked a new era. The role of modern technologies in everyday life has increased, more and more programs are being implemented in an online format. The changes that the world has been waiting for in 10-20 years are already taking place today. Dmitry Nersesyan, Deputy Head of the International Education and Partnership Committee of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, Director of the Centre for Humanitarian Development, spoke about modern practices and trends in education. According to the expert, today localization is taking the place of globalization, and regional ties are beginning to prevail. Many educational projects are localized on the territory of Eurasia.
“I advise young people to follow their dreams. Education is a means of your self-realization. It is worth noting the importance of both academic and professional education. Training should take place throughout your life. Speaking about the issue of education, the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly represents a community of mentors for novice specialists. We work to share our experience. You can always contact us for advice and help,” - the expert said.
Answering a question from viewers of the live broadcast, Dmitry Nersesyan stressed that Russian universities, as before, receive the most students from China and the CIS countries. Applicants from Pakistan, Nepal, and Iran are also interested in Russian educational programs. Young people more often choose such specialties as medicine, mechanical engineering, and engineering. At the same time, it is necessary to note the popularity of Russian educational institutions specializing in educational programs in art.
