On June 25, 2020, Kristina Tatarnikova, manager of youth projects and programs of Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, became a member of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations in accordance with the decision of the Commission of the General Secretariat of EPA. On July 6, during the staff meeting, First Deputy Secretary General – Head of the General Secretariat of EPA Svetlana Smirnova presented the new team member with a certificate signed by the Secretary General Andrey Belyaninov.
Nowadays, joining the Assembly young people from the continent have the opportunity to become part of international youth activists. The Eurasian Youth Assembly (EYA) invites novice specialists, students from Eurasian countries, leaders of youth public organizations and communities at higher educational institutions of the continent to join its team.
EYA's activities are aimed at affirming the ideals of peace and harmony through the development of people's diplomacy. The focus is on cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as the implementation of scientific and educational projects and social initiatives.
