The Eurasian Council on cooking and healthy nutrition Of the international Union of non-governmental organizations the Assembly of peoples of Eurasia was established and approved on November 16, 2018.

 

The leadership of the Eurasian culinary Council includes: members of the world Association of Chefs "WACS /Worldchefs", a global body that represents millions of chefs in more than 100 countries and was founded in October 1928 in Paris, representatives of national associations of chefs and chefs of Eurasia, the leadership of the National Association of cooks of Russia, famous figures in the food industry.

The Council ensures the necessary level of competence, activity and coordination of profile work to achieve its objectives.

       The basis of the Council's activities are:

- representation of General, including professional interests related to the international development of the sphere of cooking, public and mass catering industry and services;
- development of comprehensive cooperation between organizations working in the field of mass food and services in the improvement and organization of nutrition of the population of the countries of the Assembly;
- promoting the development of creativity and skills of catering workers, exchange of experience among the countries of the Assembly;
- promoting the prestige of culinary professions in the Russian Federation, raising the level of professional training, education of young professionals in the spirit of professional ethics;
- promoting the link between vocational education and practice;
-  involvement of professional chefs in humanitarian, training and development projects and programs of national and international importance;
- development and mutual enrichment of national cultures and culinary schools, development of gastronomic tourism;
- strengthening the legal basis of the country's culinary communities in different regions and their social and legal protection;
- development of interethnic relations and public diplomacy, promotion of peace, friendship, trust and mutual understanding between Nations, consolidation with regional and international culinary communities of all forms.
