Svetlana Smirnova is invited to the Announcement of the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly

Svetlana Smirnova, Chairman of the Council of the Assembly of Peoples of Russia, First Deputy Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, has been invited to the President's address to the Federal Assembly.

Governors, senators, deputies and public figures are invited to the ceremony. About 1,300 guests will be present.

The annual address of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly will begin on April 21 at 12: 00 Moscow time.
