Representatives of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly became Laureates of the "NATION’S PRIDE" Award

On November 1, Moscow State Theater of Nations hosted the solemn ceremony of "NATION’S PRIDE – 2022" Award - the III All-Russian Public Award for personal contribution to the ethno-cultural development and strengthening the unity of the peoples of Russia. The ceremony was timed to coincide with the National Unity Day.

Alexandra Ochirova, Co-Chair of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly, member of the State Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, became the laureate of the 1st degree in the nomination “For Contribution to Strengthening Interethnic Peace and Accord”.

The winner of the II degree in the nomination "For Contribution to the Strengthening of Interethnic Peace and Accord" became the Deputy Secretary General, Head of the Representation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly in the Leningrad Region (Russia), President of the Regional Public Organization "Council for Interethnic Cooperation", member of the Council under the Governor of the Leningrad Region for Interethnic Relations Yuri Palamarchuk.

The competition for the "NATION’S PRIDE" Award is held for the third year by the All-Russian public-state organization "Assembly of the Peoples of Russia" and was implemented in 2022 with the support of the Council for Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Nationalities Affairs, the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for Nationalities Affairs, Government of Moscow, FGBU "House of the Peoples of Russia", FGBUK "State Russian House of Folk Art named after V. D. Polenov", the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.
