International People’s Diplomacy Forum dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly | June 3, 2022

The International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" invites representatives of public organizations, business, science, culture, sports, media, state, political and public figures to the International People’s Diplomacy Forum dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

The International People’s Diplomacy Forum will be held on June 3, 2022 at 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. (Moscow time) at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation (Russia, Moscow, Miusskaya Square, 7, building 1).

In the modern context, the unity of peoples of the Eurasian continent becomes an urgent need for the further development of a multi-level integration model - a Greater Eurasian partnership. It is necessary to actively search for the most harmonious forms and ways of integration development. And the solution of such important tasks falls on the shoulders of not only State structures, but also the international community.

The Eurasian continent, like the entire planet, needs new specific mechanisms for building a common future based on the principles of equality and mutual respect. One of such mechanisms should be the multifaceted interaction of peoples on the principles of public diplomacy.

The agenda of the Forum includes issues of popularization and further development of people’s diplomacy through innovative approaches and modern mechanisms of cultural, humanitarian, scientific, educational and business cooperation.

The forum is held as part of the further development of the role of people’s diplomacy and the expansion of Eurasian integration based on the coordination of the activities of civil societies and government bodies of the States of the continent.

The initiator and organizer of the Forum is the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, which is celebrating its first anniversary.

With each passing year, the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly develops more and more confidently as an international platform that affirms the ideology of peace, benevolent good neighborliness between countries and peoples.

The primary, initially approved tools of the Assembly's activities are: peacekeeping dialogue, development of public diplomacy, integration processes, approval of interethnic communication, humanitarian cooperation.

The program of the International Public Diplomacy Forum held for the fifth anniversary of the Assembly provides for a plenary session, a series of dialogue platforms in various areas, including culture, science and education, the preservation of historical memory, youth policy, the economy and social responsibility of business, sports and humanitarian cooperation
