They signed an agreement on the formation of a system to support exports and imports of scientific, technical and industrial innovations between China and Russia. It provides for cooperation in several areas: creating an effective structure for high technology companies of both countries, forming mechanisms to support Russian-Chinese innovative business, developing common standards for joint work, attracting investment in joint projects, and organizing international technology transfer.

To achieve these goals, the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation and the PuE Innovation Incubator Management Company will work in the following areas: search, assistance in the development, support and promotion of high-tech developments in Russian and China markets, expert examination of projects proposed by RH ISTC and PuE, verification of counterparty companies, attracting investors and conducting internships in leading innovative companies in both countries.

Cooperation between the Russian House of International Scientific and Technical Cooperation and the PuE Innovation Incubator Management Company will start as part of the “One Belt, One Road” project. The primary task is to create a platform for technology transfer and scientific and technical cooperation. Moscow and St. Petersburg will become its centers, and later other cities in Russia. This work will start on October 1, 2020 and will be completed on September 30, 2023.

The scope of the RH ISTC responsibility includes the search for innovative projects in Biomedicine, electronics and computer science. In turn, the PuE Innovation Incubator Management Company undertakes to inform the RH ISTC about Chinese projects interested in Russian market. The Chinese partners named Biomedicine and Health as priority areas of cooperation.

- We expect this partnership be fruitful and mutually beneficial.
