The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is developing a Strategy for Scaling the Eurasian Championship of Children's and Youth Business Projects

On September 19, the office of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly turned into a platform for a lively discussion and development of a strategy for scaling up the Eurasian Championship of children's and youth business projects.

Championship Objectives:

• promotion of entrepreneurship among the youth of Eurasia;
• attracting the attention of children and youth to socially significant areas;
• search for new communication ideas to solve global problems;
• identification and encouragement of talented youth;
• integration of youth into the business environment of Eurasia;
• scaling up successful projects in Eurasian countries.

The participants of the meeting were:

• Marina Volkova, Head of the Department for Happiness of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, President of the Give Good to the World Charitable Foundation;
• Ekaterina Smirnova, Deputy Head of the Department for Happiness of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, entrepreneur, tea fairy;
• Alla Argunova, founder of the Entrepreneurship for Children Foundation, founder of the School “The Way to Success”, co-founder of the BELFAN group of companies, co-owner of the international business school Practicum Group, investor and business angel;
• I Sun Cher, Head of the project "StudAptatiA", Deputy Director of the State Autonomous Institution of the City of Moscow "Moscow Agency for the Implementation of Public Projects";
• Pavel Pai, Founder and Director of the ANO “Youth Movement of Koreans in the City of Moscow” (ANO “MDKM”), Chairman of the All-Russian Council of Leaders of Youth Ethnic Initiatives of the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China;
• Maria Zhukova, Director of the business school for children BUSINESS WAY;
• Polina Pugacheva, Project Manager of the BUSINESS WAY accelerator;
• Igor Tkach, Senior Associate at the international law firm Baker McKenzie;
• Nikolai Goleshchikhin, expert in the field of crisis management, formation and development of company strategy, implementation of lean manufacturing principles and management skills of top and middle managers in federal and regional companies, business coach, consultant, executive coach (Executive Coaching Academy, OEAEP), facilitator of strategic sessions, owner of three businesses;
• Elena Anisimova, Development Director of the Charitable Foundation “Give Good to the World”, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Aggregator of Happiness magazine;
• Evgenia Osetrova, entrepreneur since 2005, marketer, idea generator, resident of the X10 community and ProWomen;
• Damir Khakimov, entrepreneur, personality development and business scaling expert, certified coach, resident of the Equium business community.

As a result of the meeting, the participants developed a project development strategy, acquired a common vision of the desired results and decisions, expanded the planning horizon and rallied around the main goal - scaling the Eurasian Championship of children's and youth projects BUSINESS WAY.
