Council of Bakers and Confectioners wishes a Happy World Bread Day

- Today is World Bread Day. The holiday, established a little more than a decade ago, is of great importance for everyone.

Bread is one of the most unique products of human labour, one of the most reliable types of food on Earth. No one will sit down at the table without bread, so it is not surprising that at the initiative of the International Union of bakers and confectioners (UIBC), a separate day of the year was allocated for this holiday.

Thousands of people are working on the production of bread. Its production is a complex, time-consuming task, but it is certainly worth trying to create this special and beloved product. The recipe is simple: bread should be made by professionals and in a good mood.

The Council of Bakers and Confectioners of the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners congratulate all those who are not indifferent to bread, from producers to consumers, on its world holiday!
