A Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly and the European Azerbaijan Congress

The International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations "Eurasian Peoples' Assembly" and the European Azerbaijan Congress signed a cooperation agreement on February 11 within the meeting of the General Council of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly.

The agreement was signed online by the Secretary General of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly Andrey Belyaninov and the President of the Congress of European Azerbaijanis Sahil Gasimov.

The President of the European Azerbaijan Congress addressed the meeting from the headquarters of the organization in Belgium. He said that today it includes participants from more than 130 countries of the world. The European Azerbaijan Congress has actually been functioning since 2004, the organization turns 18 this year.

Sahil Gasimov expressed confidence that the cooperation between one of the oldest non-state national public associations and the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly will be successful and will give new incentives for mutual development.

The objectives of the cooperation agreement between the Eurasian Peoples’ Assembly and the European Azerbaijan Congress are to expand and strengthen international business cooperation, as well as to exchange experience and information in the following areas: tourism, commercial and industrial environment, exports, imports, finance, financial instruments, investments, innovations, government and public mechanisms to support entrepreneurs, measures to stimulate investment activity in Eurasian countries.

The European Azerbaijan Congress

The founding conference of the European Azerbaijan Congress of (EAC) was held on April 17, 2004 in Berlin. The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly

The Eurasian Peoples' Assembly is an international non-governmental organization aimed at forming a social integration model in the name of establishing peace and harmony through the development of multilateral cooperation and public (people's) diplomacy in the Eurasian space.
