As for the war in Artsakh, Belyaninov urged to draw conclusions from its results.

“The defeat begins 5 seconds after the victory. It is very difficult to accumulate hatred in oneself. Generosity is the lot of great nations; one must be able to forgive. In Moscow, for example, Armenians and Azerbaijanis have no enmity with each other. Yes, every nation worries about its homeland, but there is no enmity,” - he concluded.
