РусскийOn October 06 – 07, at the invitation of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus Igor Vasilyevich Karpenko, the delegation of the Eurasian Peoples' Assembly, headed by the General Secretary of the Assembly Andrei Yuryevich Belyaninov took part in the International Educational Forum for the Unity of Foreign Graduates of Belarusian (Soviet) Universities and Universities of CIS Countries in Minsk.
Speaking at the opening of the forum, A.Yu. Belyaninov noted the need to develop a dialogue on ways to improve the efficiency of alumni associations to further strengthen friendship, exchange experience and develop scientific and educational cooperation, as well as more efficient use of the professional and human potential of foreign graduates to promote international public interaction. The forum participants warmly supported the thesis of the Secretary General that often foreign graduates show a highly patriotic position in relation to the country of education, considering it their second homeland.
